CPC has historically promoted various utilities contracts from public sector buying organisations to our membership and has had no involvement in the management or support of those contracts. CPC believe that we should be at the forefront of all services and frameworks provided to our membership and for an important strategic procurement, such as Utilities, needs to be more involved in the marketplace.

This framework agreement has been awarded as the result of a full EU Tender exercise1 (please note this framework was advertised and tendered as the “Utilities Services Provider Framework”). To ensure that you maintain compliance with the Public Procurement Regulations 2015, you should follow the processes detailed within this document when engaging with the supplier on the framework agreement.

The contracting authority for this framework agreement is the Crescent Purchasing Consortium. The agreement started on 22/10/2018 and runs for an initial 2-year period until 21/10/2020 with 2 x 1-year potential extensions until 21/10/2022.
